At Start Fitness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 28-day return period for all unused items in their original packaging. Whether you need a different size or a full refund, our streamlined process ensures you get back to your training as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in a resalable, unused condition.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your generated return label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 working days.
